How does it work to schedule an appointment
You can book in a few click sdirectly online or use our iOS App that you'll find on the App Store. Once we receive your booking, we take care of the rest.
Do I need to give the technician access to water or electricity?
No you don't. Our detailers come at your place fully-equipped with all the supplies they need to make your car spotless.
What if I have more than one car?
Not a problem. Just book the two cars for the same date & time and we'll tell our technician to take care of all your vehicles. And you can also add another car to be washed during the service.
How will you access the car? Can you service the vehicle in any place?
Once our technician arrives at your location, he will call you so you can walk him to the car. We can service your vehicle at any location, even underground parking structure with tight spots.
Can I book for another day?
Absolutely. You can book from 3 hours notice to up to 30 days in advance.
How do I pay for the service?
Cloud9wash is a cashless service and all payments are made in the app or on the website through a secure and easy platform. Also, you are only charged when the service is done and after you rated our technician.
I'm not sure what I need, is there anyone I can talk to?
