What is the difference with the Lavish ?
The Lavish is a thorough wash inside & out but not a detail. It is made to maintain your car and keep it clean. The Reveal is a basic detail that keeps your car in excellent condition. It notably comes with high-quality wax sealant to protect your paint and keep it shiny for weeks.
What is the difference with the Outright ?
The Reveal is a basic detail, perfect to maintain the good looks of your car thanks to high-quality wax, and keeps your interior clean. The Outright is a full car detailing that comes with an extensive exterior treatment, polishing and waxing, and full interior detailing with notably the shampooing of your carpets and mats. This package aims at restoring your car to near showroom condition!
Who are you going to send to my place?
At Cloud9wash, we only work with vetted, experienced and professional detailers. They've all gone through a thorough screening and recruitment process to ensure high-quality and reliability.
What is the expected outcome of the Reveal?
After doing a Reveal, your car will be shiny and protected for 4 to 6 weeks. The clear-coat on your vehicle will make the dirt, road tar or raindrops glide at the surface of your bodywork keeping it intact and cleaned. The Reveal is a mini-detail package that will get your car spotless and completely clean for weeks.
What kind of wax do you use?
At Cloud9wash, our detailers only use high-quality and eco-friendly wax such as Carnauba wax, from known detailing manufacturers to ensure a maximum result. We either apply it by hand or with a high-speed polisher. The wax is then removed by hand using only microfiber towels.
Should I continue washing my car on a regular basis after a Reveal?
It is advised to do maintenance washes in function of the use of your car. The more you let dirt and dust embed on your car, the faster the wax will be attacked and removed.
Do I need to give the technician access to water or electricity?
No you don't. Our detailers come at your place fully-equipped with all the supplies they need to make your car spotless.
What if I have more than one car?
Not a problem. Just book the two cars for the same date & time and we'll tell our technician to take care of all your vehicles. And you can also add another car to be washed during the service.
Can I book for another day?
Absolutely. You can book from 3 hours notice to up to 30 days in advance.
How do I pay for the service?
Cloud9wash is a cashless service and all payments are made in the app or on the website through a secure and easy platform. Also, you are only charged when the service is done and after you rated our technician.
