Do I get a confirmation once I purchase the gift certificate?
Yes. You will get a confirmation within 24 hours. If needed, we'll ask you for more information. Afterward, we take care of the rest!
What happens once I proceed with the gift?
Your friend will receive a personalized email the day you want him to get the gift. To redeem the gift, he will simply have to reply with the best day/time to receive the service and the address he wants to get it.
How long time is the gift redeemable?
There is no expiration date on the gift certificate. Your friend will be able to redeem it anytime they want!
What if I don't have all the information asked to purchase the gift, like the type of car?
No worries about that. We can still modify the gift certificate later once we retrieve the correct information!
Who will you send to my friend?
All our technicians are experienced and vetted professionals. Plus, we insist with them on the fact that this booking is a gift to be sure it is a real success!
How does payment work?
You can pay by credit card. We use a payment provider (Stripe.com) that is completely PCI compliant, recognized by all banking institutions and fully secured. We do not store your credit card information.
