What is the difference with the Reveal ?
The Outright brings two main things the Reveal doesn't. 1) The clay treatment that smooths and decontaminates the paint. (Try to touch your car to see if you need it, it's fairly easy to assess). 2) All the plastic dressing inside and outside, one of the most appreciated touch by our customers — it will make your car even more shinier (especially in the inside)!
What is the expected outcome of the Outright?
The Outright is about restoring your car to near showroom condition. Our detailers will treat your paint, correct its imperfections and make it shiny and smooth like glass on top of getting your interior fully cleaned and sanitized. That's the perfect package if you care about the look and condition of your vehicle or if you plan to sell your car.
How long does it take to do the Outright?
It takes approximately 3 hours to perform an Outright when only one detailer works on your vehicle. We might however send you two technicians for this kind of service. And of course, if they need to spend more time working on the car to make it perfect, they will in order to make the car looking brand new.
Should I continue washing my car on a regular basis after an Outright?
The Outright protects your car for weeks. However, if you want to maximize the value, it is advised to do maintenance washes at least every two weeks to prevent dirt from embedding onto your clear-coat.
Do you have a satisfaction policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the work done, let us know what went wrong and we'll send our technician back to make sure you're happy with the service.
Do I need to give the technician access to water or electricity?
No you don't. Our detailers come at your place fully-equipped with all the supplies they need to make your car spotless.
What if I have more than one car?
Not a problem. Just book the two cars for the same date & time and we'll tell our technician to take care of all your vehicles. And you can also add another car to be washed during the service.
Can I book for another day?
Absolutely. You can book from 3 hours notice to up to 30 days in advance.
How do I pay for the service?
Cloud9wash is a cashless service and all payments are made in the app or on the website through a secure and easy platform. Also, you are only charged when the service is done and after you rated our technician.
