Here are the answers to the most common questions we get from our new customers
What is the difference with the Lavish?
The Gleam package will only keep the exterior clean and shiny. The Lavish will add the interior vacuuming and wipe down for a thorough interior cleaning.
Can I add interior cleaning with the Gleam?
If you want to have the interior cleaned, you can easily ask your technician to upgrade your wash to the Lavish which includes interior cleaning and vacuuming.
Do I need to me here before and after the service?
Since the Gleam is an exterior only package, you do not need to be present before or after the service. However, make sure our technician can easily find your car among others by indicating the plate or the exact color and model when booking.
Are you able to provide the Gleam at my appartment/condo/office parking or garage?
We can service your car with the Gleam at any place as long as we can work around the vehicle. Since we do not open it, we can even wash it, at your parking spot between other cars.
How do I make sure when the service happend?
You will receive an ETA 30 minutes before the arrival and a confirmation when the technician starts the service. You will also receive a notification with a picture of your car cleaned at the end of the service.
What's the difference with the local car wash?
The convenience of having someone come to your home or office for one thing. But most of all, the Lavish is not just the basic wash you get at every corner car wash. It's a 45 minutes to an hour-long car care with high-quality supplies to protect, sanitize and make your car sparkle.
Do I need to give the technician access to water or electricity?
No you don't. Our detailers come at your place fully-equipped with all the supplies they need to make your car spotless.
What if I have more than one car?
Not a problem. Just book the two cars for the same date & time and we'll tell our technician to take care of all your vehicles. And you can also add another car to be washed during the service.
Can I book for another day?
Absolutely. You can book from 3 hours notice to up to 30 days in advance.
How do I pay for the service?
Cloud9wash is a cashless service and all payments are made in the app or on the website through a secure and easy platform. Also, you are only charged when the service is done and after you rated our technician.
